Transition

Yvette Daniels Taylor transitioned this life on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2026. She was loved by so many. While it saddens us, how appropriate that she found peace on a day dedicated to love.

She was born to Pervis and Della Daniels in Evanston, IL on May 27, 1975. She remained a loyal and caring daughter throughout her life.

Dedication

Yvette spent her life helping others. She had only to meet you once to be interested in your well-being. If you were in need of food, clothes, advice or guidance, Yvette was already coming in the door with a heart full and handful.

Yvette was baptized at an early age at Bethlehem Church under the leadership of Rev. Frazier. She was a graduate of the 1993 class of Lee Senior High School in Marianna, AR.

Ever the caretaker, Yvette was a nurse by trade and calling. It was a calling that she took seriously, wanting to make sure patients were treated fairly and like she would want her own family to be treated.

Family

Yvette's greatest joy would be her family. She and Charles had three children: Ashley Daniels of Duluth, MN, Shannon (Joshua) Taylor Holmes of Olive Branch, MS and Charles Taylor, Jr. of Jonesboro, AR. Her heart belonged to Willow, her sweet granddaughter with whom she spent much of her time. She is survived by five grandchildren: Willow, Marcus, Khalil, Stori and Ever.

Legacy

In addition to her husband, parents and children, Yvette leaves her sister and brother in love, Carolyn and Jabar Lindsey. Her nieces, Tabatha, Grace and Faith also held a special place in her heart, encouraging them to be great and unafraid to try. Many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends are among those who will remember her for her kindness, thoughtfulness and love for them.
