William Albert Davis, Jr. was born June 9, 1960, in Marvell, Arkansas to the late William and Odean Davis.

William confessed a hope in Christ at an early age. He attended Lee Senior High School in Marianna, AR.

William married the mother of his children, Edwina Samuel. Later he was united in Holy Matrimony to Tina Lavon Massey.

He enjoyed playing basketball and fishing. He departed this life on Saturday, April 5, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Gwendolyn R. Vincent and Patricia Smith and one brother, Melvin Davis.

He leaves to cherish his memories; four children, Dushaun Davis of St. John, MI, Ashley Davis of Winter Haven, FL, Aftan Davis of Lansing, MI and Timothy Davis of Detroit, MI; nine grandchildren; one sister, Stella (Dave) Caffey of Moro, AR; two brothers, Edgar Wright, Jr and Curtis (Katrina) Davis of Conway, AR and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
