Warneal Davis Jr was born in Marianna, AR on August 3, 1971. He was the beloved son of Warneal Davis and Earnestein Lambert. He graduated from Lee Senior High School in 1989.

Big Poppa, as he was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. We ask that you remember him for the way his life was lived and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Warneal is preceded in death by his parents, Warneal and Earnestein Davis. He is survived by his daughter, Cherrelle (Ralph) Brown, and stepdaughter, Jazmine Graham. He was also the cherished brother of Donna Davis, Charlotte (Larry) Thomas, and Edward Norman. His memory lives on with his grandchildren: Braylon Perry, A'niyah Brown, and Wyatt Graham. Forever cherished by his nieces and nephews, Corderio (Keisha) Thomas, Cortland (Lisa) Davis, Xavier (Junon) Davis, Tracey Davis. He leaves behind a special friend, Iesha Washington.
