Ophelia Althea Bracy-Reeder

Mrs. Ophelia Althea Bracy-Reeder, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, peacefully transitioned to her heavenly home on May 7, 2026, surrounded by her husband and daughters.

Born on July 23, 1953, in Marianna, AR, Ophelia lived a life defined by strength, endurance and unwavering faith. She attended St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Vineyard, AR where she was a faithful member until her health declined.

After graduating from Lee High School, class of 1972, she entered the work field where she was employed as a QC Supervisor for Hoffinger Industries, formerly Doughboy in Helena, AR for 43 years.

Whether you knew her by "Ophelia", "O" or "Puddin" her humor and whit was known by everyone she encountered and will forever stay with us.

She enjoyed traveling with her sisters and shopping!

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Arzetta Bracy; three brothers, Terry Bracy, Jack Bracy and Jeffery Bracy and two sisters, Ruthie Ross and Marilyn Bracy.

She leaves to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy; her devoted husband of 55 years, Terry W. Reeder; two daughters, Stephanie Reeder and LaToria "Tori" Blake; three grandchildren, Laterra Holt, Jasmine Petty and Derrick Blake, II; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Erma Nolen of LaPorte, TX and Shirley Smith of St. Louis, MO; one brother, Anthony Bracy of Godley, TX and a host of family and friends.
