Joe E. Roseburrow was born in the small town of Center Ridge, Arkansas to the late J.C. and Marvell Roseburrow.

Joe was the third of nine children, Wilson Roseburrow, Lester Roseburrow, Nathaniel Roseburrow, Jimmy Roseburrow, Alfred Roseburrow, Marilyn Gilmore, Reginald Roseburrow and Sheree Manning. Including one daughter, Jovette Roseburrow and his loving wife Gerelene Roseburrow. Along with his numerous nieces and nephews who will help continue his legacy.
