Carl Lee "Tomcat" Long was born on November 9, 1964, to his late
parents Leslie Stone and Judy Taylor. He accepted Christ at an
early age. Before his health declined, he enjoyed socializing and was
the life of the party.

He departed this life on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at the Flo & Phil
Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR.

He was preceded in death by his adoptive parents, Robert and Maella
Long; brothers: Larry King, Robert Taylor, Whatty Wright, Eugene
Wright, James Long and Gregory Stone; sisters: Bereatha Stone,
Mable Stone-Price, Juanita Wright-Guy and Marion StoneButler.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter: Kimberly Sims of Marianna, AR; seven sisters Peggy Taylor and Kathy McFadden of Jonesboro, AR, Deborah and Jacqueline Taylor both of Fayet eville, AR. Linda (Darryl) Vanpelt of St. Louis, MO, Tangelia Stone and Melissa (Kelvin) Adams both of Forrest City, AR; four brothers: Michael (Marie) Taylor of Jonesboro, AR, Willie B. (Rosalind) Stone of Marianna, AR, Leslie (Brenda) Stone of Arlington, TX, and Marvin Manning of Detroit, MI; an aunt, Bobbie Calhoun of Dallas, TX, his special friend, Ethel
Caruthers and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
